The highly skilled Integration team at Advanced Video Systems has over 100 years combined experience in the A/V Systems Integration field, as well as dozens more years experience in related fields: construction, contracting, HVAC and electrical. Several members of the AVS team are Infocomm Certified Technology Specialists (CTS) and a couple even hold Electrical Licensure in Maryland. Plus, the company holds an MHIC (Maryland Home Improvement Commission) license to perform contracting and installation work throughout the State of Maryland. Our highly skilled integration team will install each component of your A/V system per the manufacturer's instructions as specified in the design schematic and subject the entire system to quality control testing. AVS is so confident in its A/V Installation & Integration services that they provide a free parts and labor warranty on all new equipment and all interconnect and installation work. They stand behind their installations! Now, say you already have a complete and functioning A/V system that you love... but your company is moving to a new location. What do you do then? Well, you call Advanced Video Systems! They can come out to your location, de-install your existing system - EVEN IF IT WAS NOT ORIGINALLY INSTALLED BY AVS! - and re-install it at your new location. They will provide a free technology audit in the process and let you know if there are any products nearing the end of their lifecycle or that no longer function. Then they will provide a free, no-obligation estimate to replace those items. This de-install/re-install service is perfect for expanding companies, growing and relocating firms, and particularly corporations and agencies that are in transition to the Baltimore region as a result of BRAC - the Base Realignment and Closure act. CONTROL SYSTEM PROGRAMMING

As an authorized dealer for AMX, Crestron and Extron - the industry's 3 largest control systems manufacturers - Advanced Video Systems has years of experience installing and programming these systems. Several members of the AVS team are certified programmers and have been programming AMX, Crestron and Extron MediaLink systems for several years now. From simple DVD and TV controls to complex multi-room systems, AVS has the expertise and training to meet your programming needs. Plus, AVS is familiar with the standards of touchpanel GUI design and will design an easy-to-follow interface that is pleasing to the eye and easy on the brain. At Advanced Video Systems, their goal is to make the control system easy enough that a child can walk in and run even the most complex A/V system with minimal or no training.

TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION

Once your installation is complete, AVS is still not done. They ensure that their customers receive the proper training and documentation to be able to use their new system with a very small learning curve and a minimum of down time . Do you have equipment that AVS did not install but you have new employees or lost the manual? They are happy to come out and help you figure out how to make it work and get you the documentation that you need. Training & Documentation are included FREE with every Advanced Video Systems Design/Build and New Installation project, however these services can be provided for a small Training or Documentation fee.
